摘要
结合医学教学改革,针对培养21世纪的人才应符合基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高的总体要求,围绕构建起能充分激发学生学习主动性和创新精神,能使学生在全面成长的同时个性得到充分发展的人才培养模式,谈谈菲律宾大学的教学在授课方式、授课工具和考试制度三个方面的体会。
Oriented to the reform of medical education and the requirement of the 21st century, the students should be possessing solid foundation, comprehensive knowledge, strong ability and good morality. The education mode should inspire students to study with active attitude, creative spirit and enterprising personality. In this paper, the education mode of Philippine universities is discussed, which provides us the enlightenment on such aspects as ways of giving lessons, teaching aid and examination systems.
