Structural Regulation of Chinese Capital Market Based on Its Fundamental Function

资本市场最重要的功能是实现资本资源的优化配置。但是,我国资本市场供、求方面都还存在一些结构性问题,正是这些问题使得股票价格、价值背离的反常现象长期存在,整个市场投机心理浓重,严重阻碍了资本市场资源优化配置功能的发挥。这些问题如果不能尽快得到妥善解决,势必影响到资本市场的进一步发展。

The fundamental function of the capital market is to optimize the allocation of the capital resources. Based on that standpoint, this paper analyzed the structural obstacle lying in both supply and demand side of China's capital market and then made the solution to these problems according to available corelational researches. 
