摘要
素质教育重在实施,实施素质教育应遵循目标导向原则、以学生为本的原则、全面发展原则、内化原则、务实原则、统一性与多样性相结合的原则、协同性原则等八个方面。
Quality education should focus on implementation, which should follow such eight principles as objective-oriented, serving students, balanced development, emphasizing inherent development, emphasizing practice, association of unification with multiplicity, cooperation.
