摘要
知识经济时代意味着企业管理方式的创新与变革,尤其是人力资源管理方式的创新与变革。文章从知识经济时代组织结构的变革、对人力资本理论的重新认识、人本管理体系的构建等方面分析了我国企业人力资源管理的创新问题。
The age of knowledgebased economy involves renovating and reforming the style of business management, especially the style of human resources management. This paper makes an analysis of human resources management from the aspects of the change of social structure, reunderstanding of the human resources capital and establishment of humanism management system.
