论民族关系与政治稳定

On Ethnic Relationships and Political Stability

良好的民族关系能够促进政治稳定,政治稳定能够促进民族关系向良好的方向发展;不和谐的民族关系阻碍政治稳定,政治不稳定则使民族关系恶化。消除不和谐的民族关系对政治稳定的消极影响和解决政治不稳定对民族关系的消极影响,同样迫在眉睫。本文认为,满足各族人民合理的利益要求、维护各个民族正当的民族权利、不断清除狭隘民族意识的消极影响能够促进政治稳定;完善民族区域自治制度和政策、大力培养少数民族干部、实现民族工作法制化可以促进政治稳定,促进民族关系的良性发展。

Good ethnic relationships can promote political stability and political stability can in turn stimulate the development of ethnic relationships.On the contrary,the problems of ethnic relationships make political stability meet with obstruction and political instability makes ethnic relationships worsen.Therefore,it's extremely urgent to eliminate the negative influence of ethnic relationships as well.This article holds that it can reduce the negative influence of ethnic problems on political stability to satisfy people's reasonable interests of all nationalities,and to sateguard people's proper ethnic rights of all nationalities,and to clear up the harmful influence of ethnic consciousness continuously.The improvement of regional autonomous system and policy for the ethnic minorities,the energetic training of cadres of ethnic minorities and the legal systermalization of our work concerning ethnic groups can accelerate the development of ethnic relationships at the angle of political stability.
