A Research into the Concept of Monopoly

目前,垄断概念众说纷纭。我国加入WTO之后,制定反垄断法已迫在眉睫,而垄断概念的界定是反垄断法立法和研究中遇到的首要问题。本文在分析目前各种垄断概念基础上,结合实际对垄断的概念进行了重新界定。

At present, the opinions about the concept of monopoly vary. Lawmaking of antimonopoly law has become the imminent thing in China after China's entry into WTO and defining the concept of monopoly is the chief problem in lawmaking and research of antimonopoly law. The paper redefines the concept of monopoly, based on the analysis of the present different concepts of monopoly.
