Characteristics of Mode Coupling Between Titled Cavities

摘要 以光腔的厄米高斯光束理论为基础 ,重点讨论了光腔轴间的微小夹角对模式耦合的影响 ,给出了基横模到基横模、基横模到一阶横模、基横模到二阶横模和基横模到三阶横模的模式及功率耦合系数并进行了讨论 ,分析了各阶模式耦合系数随倾角失配的变化规律并得到了有奇偶模耦合时耦合系数不为零的结论。 According to the theory of Hermite-Gaussian mode, this article mainly discussed the small axis tilt dependence of mode couple coefficient. The mode and power coupling coefficient of foundational mode to foundational mode, foundational mode to first order mode, foundational mode to second order mode, foundational mode to third order mode have been given and their characteristic have been discussed, one of the most important result is that the coefficient between even and odd mode is not zero.
