摘要
在相移式轮廓测量 (PMP)技术中 ,提出了一种基于查表法的相移校正算法 ,使传统的 N步计算方法要以适用于任何相移值 (非等步相移 )的情况 ,从而降低了对相移器的精度要求。利用计算机仿真技术验证了该修正算法的正确性。
The shift step must be an accurate value in the traditional algorithm of phase-measuring profilometry (PMP) technology. So the software is made to give a chart of error phase in any unequal step phase-shifting, and a calibration algorithm is presented to give the correct phase based on this error-phase chart. With the help of computer emulator proposed by us, the calibration algorithm based on checking proved to be correct. So the precise request of phase shifter is reduced greatly.
