摘要 本文研究了铝材连续铸挤过程中,工艺参数对建立稳定连续铸挤条件的影响,试验结果表明,铝材连续铸技采用90°—180°挤压轮槽包角的结构形式,均可实现连续铸挤,而稳定连续铸挤过程的建立取决于挤压温度、挤压轮转速及运转间隙。分析了连续铸挤时熔融金属结晶-变形过程,提出连续铸挤的金属动态结晶、半熔融挤压、挤压塑性变形三个阶段及内外摩擦转换理论。 The effect of processing parameters on establishing steady con-tinuous castex conditions for Al sections is studied. The results show thatthe continuous castex process can be realized using 90 to 180 wrapping angleof extruding wheel's groove and the establishment of a steady continuous castexprocess depends on the control of the extruding temperature, the speed of ex-truding wheel and the clearance. The solidification-deformation process of moltenmetal in a continuous castex process is discussed,and a conclusion is reachedthat the whole castex process can be divided sequentially into three phases,i.e.dynamic solidification, semi-molten extrusion and plastic extruding deforma-tion. In addition,a conversion theory of internal and external friction is pres-ented.
