对于国情的认识对党的方针政策的制定起着决定性作用。翻开中国共产党八十年的历史我们不难看到,正确认识国情是党制定正确的方针政策的根本保证,党史上的重大失误又都与对国情的错误认识有重要关系。总结这些历史经验,深刻理解我国现今所处的社会主义初级阶段国情,对建设有中国特色社会主义过程中适时调整政策具有重要借鉴意义。

The cognition of the national conditions plays a decisive role in drafting the Party's policies. From the history of the CCP in eight decades, we can clearly see that correct cognition of the national conditions guarantees the correct draft of the policies and the errors in the Party's history have a close relationship with the incorrect cognition of the national conditions. This article tries to review the cognition of the national conditions in different periods of the CCP and the part it plays and sum up the experience.
