近代日本满蒙政策从出笼到破产近七十年,它的侵略目标是中国东北三省和内蒙古东部地区,其分为两个时期,即:征服满蒙期和统治满蒙期。满蒙政策有三个特点:1、侵略目标的确定性和不可变性;2、侵略手段的军事性和强占性;3、侵略过程的长期性和不间断性。

From its appearance to its ruin,the modern Japanese ManMongolian Policy lasted for about 70 years. The aggressive aims of the policy were the three provinces in the northeast of China and the east region in Inner Mongolia.The policy can be divided into two phases--conquering and ruling Manzhou and Mongolia.The policy had three characteristics:First,the definition and constancy of the aggressive aim;second,the militarization and savagery of the aggressive artifice;third,the endurance and constancy of the aggressive course.
