摘要
企业财产所有权的问题,是一个介于法学与经济学之间的问题。结合法学与经济学的基本理论,应把企业的财产权进一步细化为所有者终极所有权和法人财产权。这两方面权利的实现,需要完善的法制和健全的体制,只有这样,才能使国有企业真正走上现代企业之路。
Ownership is a problem between the laws and the economy.There are owner's final ownership and the legal person's ownership in the state enterprises.It is important for the state enterprises that the owership be realized.
