摘要

All innovating with higher education has the close and direct contact to the basic advantage of the most vast the masses in advancing direction of advanced culture, and is the direction, motive force and standard that the higher education is innovate to the development requirement of the advanced productive forces that 'Three Representatives' important thought is emphasized.
