摘要
现代发展观就是工业文明的发展观。这种发展观的最大危机就是价值观的危机。它只关心"如何发展",而对于"为了什么发展"这一具有价值含义的问题却漠不关心。它所追求的是对自然界的无限度地掠夺和挥霍,在生活方式上越来越"远离自然"、"背离自然"。并把这叫做"进步"和"文明"。其后果不仅会加剧人同外部自然的冲突,而且也会造成和加剧人同自身的自然的冲突,使人类在地球上无法持续地生存下去。可持续发展观是建立在生存论基础上的发展观。
Modern developmental view is the view of industrial civilization. The most risky of this kind of view is the risk of its value view. It only pays attention to the 'how to develop', but cares nothing about the valuable signifiable question of the 'why to develop'. What it pursues is to despoil and splurge nature; It's life style is 'Far away nature'and 'Fall away nature'. And it is called as 'Progress'and 'Civilization'. It not only intensifies the conflicts between the human being and the outer nature, but also can cause and intensify the conflicts of the nature of the human being and itself. As a result, human being no way can be sustainable being on the earth. The view of sustainable development is established on the foundation of existen.
