Reinforcing Construction of Grassroots Party Organizations in Non-Public Sector in the Spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress

加强非公有制企业党的建设是贯彻党的十六大精神的具体体现 ,也是新时期基层党建工作的重中之重的任务。党的十五大以及云南省七次党代会以来 ,云南省在开展非公有制企业党建工作方面取得了一定的成效 ,但从总体上说还处于起步阶段。昆明诺仕达集团是云南省第一家成立党委的私营企业 ,它们在党建工作方面的成功经验和存在问题为非公有制企业党建工作的开展提供了有益的启示。

Building up Party organizations in non-public sector is a key task for the Party in the New Era. In spite of the fact that Yunnan has scored some achievements since the 15th CPC National Congress and the 7th Assembly of the CPC of Yunnan province were convened, work in this area on the whole has remained elementary. While highlighting the importance of strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations in the New Era, the present paper studies in particular the experiences of Northstar Group, the first privately-owned company in Kunming that has set up a CPC committee, and offers some suggestions as to how to build up grassroots party organizations in now-public sector in the spirit of the 16th CPC national congress.
