摘要 目的:利用旋转磁场和静磁场对人肝癌细胞进行作用,探讨磁场对人肝癌细胞增殖的影响。材料和方法:将细胞株HepG2接种于96孔培养板,在37℃、5%CO2恒温培养箱培养24小时后放置于0.2T的旋转磁场(0~10 Hz频率可调)和0.2T的静磁场中,作用一定时闽后利用MTT法检测细胞增殖情况。结果:短时的旋转磁场作用和长时的静磁作用对HepG2细胞株的增殖无明显影响。 Objective: In order to explore the effect of low frequency rotating magnetic field and permanent magnetic field on the liver cancer cells, the proliferation of HepG2 cells is discussed. Methods: HepG2 cells were seeded in 96-well culture plate and incubated 24 h(37C ,5%CO2). Then the plate was placed in the 0.2 T rotating magnetic field(0-10 Hz) or 0.2 T permanent magnetic field. MTT method was used to check the proliferation of the cells after exposed some times in the field. Results: The proliferation of HepG2 cells was not affected after exposed in rotating magnetic field a short time or in permanent magnetic field a long time.
