介绍BPR基本理论,并从企业经营过程的具体实际出发,提出基于BPR理论的企业重组的原则、内容、重组模型和在企业中实施的具体步骤。
The basic theory of BPR is introduced and the enterprise reform according to BPR theory based on the prac-tice of enterprise transaction management is put forward,Then the paper brings forward the principle,content and model of enterprise reform and analyzes the approach of management process reengineering.
