着重强调了纳米技术研究在量子物理领域中的重要性;建议不仅应该重视在较短的时间内就可以容易地产生影响的应用领域的研究,而且应该对基础理论研究给予更大的重视,因为基础研究通常能够带来理论和基本原理方面新的发现和突破,从而带给人类新的变革。
This article emphasizes the significance of nano-technology research in quantum physics area.It suggests that we should stress those applied research fields which can easily yield influ-ential output in the short term,and pay great attention to basic research,because it is in the latter field that usually come new discoveries and breakthroughs in theory and fundamental princi-ple,thus bring us revolutionary change.
