摘要
采用琥珀酐(SA)和1,2-环氧丁烷(Ep)在二甲替甲酰胺溶剂中处理欧洲赤松木材(Pinus sylvestris)使其低酯化。并利用D-200线型微差式互感器(LVDT)自动而连续地测量了改性木材吸水膨胀率的变化,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析了木材与改性药剂的化学反应。结果表明,这些化学药剂能够有效地改善木材的尺寸稳定性。
Scots pine wood samples were treated by Succinic anhydride (SA) and 1,2-Epoxybutane (Fp) in the solvent, dimethylformamide (DMF), at 90-95 c, in order to produce oligoesterified wood. Changes of thichness swelling of chemical modified wood samples in water soaking was determined automatically and continuously by D-200Linear Variable Differential Transformer (L.V.D.T.). All spectra were taken with a Mattson Cygnus 100 Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) for analyzing samples for reaction of wood with chemicals. The results have shown that this chemical treatment is a very effective way to improve dimensional stability of wood.
