摘要
本文提出一种对溶液中钙离子敏感的选择电极,简称Ca^(2+)—ISCGE。它是在普通的pH玻璃电极表面涂敷一层钙离子敏感膜所构成。敏感膜以二—(2—异辛基苯基磷酸)钙为电活性物质,聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体和增塑剂,与二正辛基苯基磷酸酯按一定比例配合而成。Ca^(2+)—ISCGE与参比电极组合构成的测量电池为:外参比电极‖试液|敏感膜|玻璃膜|0.1MHCl,AgCl|Ag。该电极的线性范围在10^(-5)—10^(-1)mol·dm^(-3)之间,检测下限可达5×10^(-6)mol·dm^(-3),电极的实际斜率为28mV,pH范围为5.3—12.0,对水样中Ca^(2+)测定有较好的性能。
A kind of selective electric pole, known as Ca^(2+)-ISCGE, is described in this paper, it is sensitive to calcium ion in solution. The pole is made of an ordinary pH glass electric pole with a film sensitive to calcium ion deposited on its surface. The film is composed of two-(2)-isocapryl-phenyl-phosphate of lime calcium as electrically active material, polyvinyl chloride as base and enhanced elasticity agent and two-capryl-phenyl—phosphonate ester according to certain proportion. The measuring electric cell consisting of Ca^(2+)-ISCGE and control electric pole is depicted as follows: External con trol electric pole Ⅱ test solution Ⅰsensitive film Ⅰglass film Ⅰ0.1 MHC1, AgCI ⅠAg. The linear range of the electric pole is 10^(-5)—10^(-1)mol dm^(-3), the lower measuring limit may reach 5×10^(-6)mol dm^(-3). The actual tangent of the pole is 28mV, its pH range is 5.3-12.0, and the performance for measuring Ca^(2+)in water is good.
