分析了熟料各率值对水泥熟料强度和煅烧操作的影响 ,讨论了机立窑水泥生产中率值的选择与调整应考虑的一些因素。认为选择和调整率值时 ,在确保熟料正常煅烧的前提下 。

In this paper analyzed are the effects of the different rating values on the clinker strength and the calcinating operation and also the factors,which should be taken into consideration,of selecting and regulating the rating value in the mechanical shaft kiln's cement production.It is thought here that in selecting and regulating the rating value,as long as clinker burning is in normal condition,the high-strength rating value should be selected.
