摘要
在调查有关易切削钢的物理力学性能基础上,分析易切削钢与切削加工性密切相关的几个主要组织,各组织的成分与刀具耐用度,为加工易切削钢选取最佳切削速度提供参考依据。
Several key structurcs closely related to machinability steel were analysed based on investigating the physical and mechanical properties of high machinability steel. The composition or various structures and the cutter durability provides relerences for selecting the optimal cutting speed on processing the high machinability steel.
