摘要
在普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆中,掺入以烷氧基烷基硅烷及其改性化合物为活性成分的水乳型有机硅防水剂对其进行改性,详细研究了水乳型有机硅防水剂对水泥砂浆凝结硬化和强度影响及防水性能的变化。结果表明化学改性的烷氧基烷基硅烷对水泥砂浆的影响较小,并且大大提高了水泥砂浆的防水性能。
Ordinary Portland cement mortar was modified by addition of aqueous emulsion of silicon waterproofing agent incorporating alkoxyalkylsilane or modified alkoxyalkylsilane. Effects of aqueous emulsion of silicon waterproofing agent on cement setting time, mechanical strength and variation of waterproofing performance were studied in detail. Testing results indicated that addition of chemically modified alkoxyalkylsilane had little effects on cement mortar and greatly enhanced its waterproofing performance.
