摘要
将热重分析(TGA)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)引入对氯化聚乙烯防水卷材老化性能进行评价。运用Doyle和Zsa ko'积分法对筛选出的配方进行热降解动力学分析,推断出其降解动力学机理,计算出其降解活化能ΔE和频率因子A等动力学参数,并得出使用温度和使用寿命的关系方程。人工候化试验验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
TGA and DSC were adopted to evaluate the ageing properties of CPE rolling roofing sheet. By way of Doyal and Zsako' integral method, the formula selected was thermal degraded dynamically analysed, its degradation dynamic mechanism inferred, dynamic parameters such as degradation activation energy ΔE and frequency factor A calculated and the relation equation between temperature and life cycle deduced. Artificial accelerated ageing test verified feasibility and validity of this method.
