摘要
以我国东北主要树种兴安落叶松(Larix gmelini Rupr)和水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr)板材为试材,并分别选取具有代表性的25mm和50mm两种厚度,对高频真空干燥木材技术进行了研究,结果表明:高频真空干燥适合于透气性好的难干阔叶材,尤其是厚板。通过对干燥条件的调节可以有效地控制材温和真空度,实现高质量的快速干燥。
In this paper, radio frequency vacuum (RFV) drying technology were studied with dahurian larch (Larix gmelini Rupr) and manchurian ash (Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr) samples which is 25 mm and 50 mm in thickness. The. results show that RFV drying is suitable for difficult drying hardwood with good gas permeability, specially for thick lumber. Lumber temperature and vacuum in kiln can be contolled effectively by modulating drying conditions, and high quality of fast drying can be come true.
