松针壳蠕孢生物学特性的研究

摘要 从樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)针叶上分离到松针壳蠕孢(Hendersonia acicola Munch & Tub.)真菌,并描述其形态特征。在三种培养基上培养,结果松针汁琼脂培养基上的生长快,5d后产生分生孢子;PDA次之,7d后产生分生孢子;玉米粉琼脂培养基生长最慢,27d后产生分生孢子。在无光照条件下的三种培养基上均不产生分生孢子。分生孢子在8—28℃下均能萌发,但以25℃、pH值为4、相对湿度为100%,萌发最快。光照对孢子萌发影响不大。 This paper reports the morphological and cultural characteristics of Hendersonta acicola Münch et Tub. isolated from the needles of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica Litvin. The growth speed and the required time to produce conidia were not same on three different media. On medium of needles decogtion agar, the fungus grew best and produced conidia after culturing 5 days. On PDA came second and it needed 7 days to produce conidia. And on the medium of maize flour agar, it grew slowly and produced conidia after 27 days incubated. But lacks of light it can not produced conidia on the three kinds of media. The germination temperature range of conidia was from 8℃ to 28℃. Under the optimum condition of 25℃, RH 100% and pH4 it only takes four hours for conidia germinating. And the conidia germination was not affected by light.
