归蓉补血片治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜42例

Treatment of 42 Cases of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura with Guirong Buxie Tablet

目的 :评价中药复方归蓉补血片治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (idiopathicthrombocy topenicpurpura ,ITP)的疗效。方法 :选择诊断明确的慢性型ITP患者 4 2例 ,观察归蓉补血片对不同证型ITP的疗效。结果 :归蓉补血片对ITP的总有效率为 85 .7%,不同证型疗效比较差异无显著性。结论 :归蓉补血片对不同证型ITP均有较好的疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Guirong Buxie tablet in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Method: 42 cases of chronic ITP were selected. The therapeutic effects of Guirong Buxie tablet on different syndrome type ITP were observed. Result: The total effective rate of Guirong Buxie tablet in the treatment of ITP accounted for 85.7%.There was no significant difference among different syndrome types. Conclusion:Guirong Buxie tablet is effective in the treatment of ITP with different syndrome types.
