加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤40例

Modified Guizhi Fuling Pill in Treatment of 40 Cases of Hysteromyoma

目的 :观察加味桂枝茯苓丸对子宫肌瘤及外周血自然杀伤 (naturalkiller ,NK)细胞活性的影响。方法 :4 0例子宫肌瘤患者连续服用加味桂枝茯苓丸 6～ 9个月 ,并检测服药前后外周血NK细胞活性。结果 :患者临床症状明显改善 ;B超复查提示治愈 6例 ,显效 14例 ,有效 7例 ,总有效率 6 7.5 % ;外周血NK细胞活性提高。结论 :加味桂枝茯苓丸的活血消症作用与益气固摄、调节冲任的扶正功效 。

Objective:To observe the effects of modified Guizhi Fuling pill on hysteromyoma and activities of natural killer (NK) cell.Method:40 patients with hysteromyoma took modified Guizhi Fuling pill for 6～9 months.The activities of NK cell were assayed before and after treatment.Result:The clinical symptoms were markedly improved.B mode ultrasonograhy showed that 6 cases were cured,14 cases markedly effective,7 cases effective,the total effective rate accounted for 67.5%.The activities of NK cell were improved.Conclusion:The mechanism of modified Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of hysteromyoma may be related to the effects of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis as well as invigorating the vital energy and regulating the channel of Chong and Reng.
