高效液相色谱法测定养胃舒橙皮苷的含量

Determination of Hesperidin in Yangweishu Capsule by HPLC

目的 :建立用高效液相色谱法测定养胃舒胶囊中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法 :采用Shim packCLC ODS柱 ,以甲醇 8.0ml/L冰醋酸溶液 (40∶6 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 :2 86nm。结果 :橙皮苷在所试浓度 0 .0 387～ 0 .2 710 μg范围内 ,浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为 98.2 % (n =5 ) ,RSD为 1.4 %。结论 :本法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 。

Objective:To establish the content determination method of hesperidin in Yangweishu capsule.Method:A Shim pack CLC ODS column was used.The mobile phase was methanol 80 ml/L glacial acetic acid(40∶60);The detection wavelength was 286 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.038 7 μg to 0.271 μg for hesperidin(r=0.999 2,n=5).The average recovery was 98.2% and RSD was 1.4%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible,and can be used for determination of hesperidin in Yangweishu capsule.
