It is always a need that the enterprises integrate the applications inside and outside the enterprises,in order to improve the cooperation and competition.Data Integration,as the basis of System Integration,is vital for the success of System Integration or not.In this paper,we first put forword a solution of Data Integration based on XML technology,then discuss it's feasibility and advantage through applied in the cooperation of the bank and the carriers.
