This paper firstly introduces the fundamental technique of xml,then according to the characteristics of xml,combines it with MIS,and mainly analyzes xml's applying mechanism in MIS.It also gives a simple example of its applying process.In the end of this article,the paper set up some advantages and disadvantages of XML in the MIS.
