摘要
用扫描电镜对采用不同材料、不同工艺生产的碱锰电池钢壳微观结构进行了分析,得到了能揭示不同碱锰电池钢壳微观结构差异的钢壳各部位断面和内外表面扫描电镜显微照片。结果表明:用镀镍钢带成型的碱锰电池钢壳内表面镀镍层分布均匀,而采用非镀镍钢带成型后电镀的钢壳内表面镀镍层从钢壳口部到顶部厚度迅速下降,顶部厚度甚薄;采用镀镍钢带成型时,钢带材料、成型工艺、设备对钢壳表面的状况均有较大的影响。它们之间的协调配合十分重要。
The microstructures of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery cans manufactured by different kinds of materials and different kinds of processes were analyzed by SEM. The SEM pictures of different parts of battery cans showing the differences were obtained. The results showed that the thickness of nickel film of inside surface of cans made by preplated steel was welldistributed while the thickness of nickel film of inside surface of cans made by no plating film steel was greatly digressed from the opening of can to the inside top of can. The thickness of nickel film on the inside top surface of can was very thin. When preplated steels were used, the kinds of materials and processes had great influences on the properties of cans. It was very important to coordinate material and process.
