Improvement study of the quality of mercury-free battery zinc powder

影响无汞电池锌粉质量的因素很多,主要的因素有:原料中各种杂质含量、合金的配方、合金化条件、喷嘴结构等。通过试验简要分析了各因素对电池锌粉质量的影响以及电池锌粉质量提高前后制造电池的电性能对比,并简述了提高无汞电池锌粉质量的措施。

A lot of factors effected the quality of mercuryfree battery zinc powder such as various impurity contents of materials,directions of producing of alloy, conditions of alloyage, structure of muzzle.The different factors and the comparisons of electric performance of battery used the zinc powder that improved its quality were analyzed briefly by testing.The measures of improving the quality of mercuryfree zinc powder were also studied
