天然中幼龄林在森林资派中占有十分重要的地位。是森林生态系统的主体,是林业企业木材生产的重要接续资源,同时又是林区多种经营的重要基地。目前的现状是林分密度低,林分质量差,林下更新不好。在当前森林资源危机的情况下,经营好天然中幼龄林意义十分重大。根据天然中幼龄林的地位和现状,提出以培育为主,培育与保护相结合,合理规划,分类经营的原则,分别采取不同的经营措施,促进天然中幼龄林的生长。为林业发展积累后劲。

Natural juvenile and mid-aged stands takes an important part in forest resources. It is the main body of forest ecology system; and an important succeed resource of lumber production in forest enterprises; and an important base in forestry district diversified economy. The present situation is that the stand density is low; the stand quality is poor and the regeneration under forest canopy is poor. Under the situation of forest crisis, it has more significance to manage the juvenile and mid-aged stands well. This article according to the juvenile and mid-aged stands' site and present situation puts forward the following principles: the important part is cultivation; combining the cultivation measures of management to improve the growth of juvenile and mid-aged stands and accumulate reserve strength for the forest development.
