摘要
目的:探讨足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素和神经肽 Y 水平及其临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫分析测定100例足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素和神经肽 Y(NPY)浓度。结果:足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素水平7.15±3.72ug/L,NPY 水平为112±42.36ng/L;女婴组瘦素水平为9.35±3.51ug/L,NPY为138.29±42.67ng/L,均明显高于男婴组瘦素水平(4.95±2.18ug/L)和 NPY 水平(85.85±40.39ng/L),差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。足月新生儿脐静脉血瘦素与新生儿出生体重、孕妇分娩前身高体重指数(BMI)呈显著正相关关系(r 分别为0.647、0.547,P<0.05);NPY 水平与新生儿体重、孕妇分娩前 BMI 亦呈正相关(r 分别为0.584,0.705,P<0.05)。结论:胎儿组织及胎盘产生的瘦素和 NPY 可能参与了妊娠期胎儿体重增长的调节。
Objective:To investigate levels of umbilical venous serum leptin and plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY)of newborns.Methods:Umbilical venous serum leptin and plasma NPY were measured with ra- dioimmunoassay.Results:The levels of umbilical venous serum leptin was 7.15±3.72ug/L,the levels of plasma NPY were 112.07±42.36ng/L.The levels of umbilical venous serum leptin and plasma NPY from female fetal cord vein were significantly higher than those in male newbrons(P<0.01).There were sig- nificantly positive correlation between cord wenous serum leptin and birth weight of newborn and maternal body mass index(BMI)before delivery(r=0.647,r=0.547,P<0.05);There were significantly posi- tive correlation between NPY and birth weight of newborn and BMI before delivery(r=0.584,r= 0.705,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum leptin and plasma NPY of fetal and placental may regulate the fe- tal weight increasing.
