生物芯片在临床医学中的应用

摘要 随着人类基因组计划的即将完成,蛋白质组计划已启动,面对人类基因组中的10万个基因,基因研究的重点开始由结构研究转向功能研究而进入后基因组时代,传统的一次只能研究少量基因的方法已显不足,生物芯片由此应运而生。生物芯片不仅在高通量基因测序、基因表达研究中发挥重要作用,
