摘要 目的 :为视神经减压术和视神经间接损伤的病理机制提供形态学依据。方法 :对 38个成人尸头的 76例神经管标本在手术显微镜下进行解剖观测。测量了视神经管的口径 ,管壁的厚度和长度。观察了视神经管的走行特点 ,计算了视神经管横截面积。结果 :中部是视神经管最狭窄的部位 ,横截面积为( 1 8.74± 3.95 )mm2 ;视神经管管壁最薄之处在视神经管内壁中部 ,厚度为 ( 0 .5 2± 0 .40 )mm ;视神经管中轴与颅正中矢状面的夹角为 ( 38.2 6± 5 .35 )°,与颅冠状面的夹角为 ( 1 9.93± 4.2 6)°。结论 :视神经间接损伤后 ,视神经管中部对视神经的束缚作用最强 ,视神经减压术开放管的中部较为重要。 Objective: To provide morphologic data for the decompression of optic nerve and the indirect injury of optic nerve. Methods: The diameter, depth, length and the course of optic nerve were measured and observed by operating microscope on 76 sides of 38 heads , and the cross section area of optic nerve were calculated. Results: The middle section was the narrowest section in the optic cannel , the cross section area was (18.74±3.95) mm2;The middle of the inter-wall was the weakest spot of optic cannel, the depth was (0.52±0.40) mm;The angle between the core of optic cannel and the midsagittal plane was (38.26±5.35)°;The angle between the core of optic cannel and the frontal plane was (19.93±4.26)°?Conclusions: After the indirect injury of optic nerve, it's important to open the middle section of optic cannel because the middle section of optic cannel bondaged the optic nerve heaviest. The character of the course of optic nerve was the anatomical basis of the indirect injury of optic nerve united the bruise of the temporal and frontal part.
