摘要 目的 :研究P1 6、P1 5蛋白在胃癌中的表达 ,探讨两者在胃癌发展中的作用。方法 :采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶连接法 (SP法 ) ,检测 46件胃癌组织及 69件转移淋巴结标本中P1 6、P1 5蛋白的表达。结果 :P1 6表达与胃癌临床分期呈负相关。在胃癌及其转移淋巴结中P1 6和P1 5的表达呈正相关。结论 :P1 6和P1 Objective:To investigate the expression of P16 and P15 protein in gastric carcinoma and to explore the role of P16 and P15 in the development of gastric carcinoma.Method:The expression of P16 and P15 protein in 46 cases of gastric carcinoma and 69 metastatic lymph node were detected by SP immunohistochemical method.Results:There is a negative reciprocity between expression of P16 and clinical stage of gastric carcinoma.There is a significant positive correlation between expression of P16 and that of P15 in gastric carcinoma and metastatic lymph node.Conclusions:The combinative detection of P16 and P15 protein may act as the reference mark of genesis of gastric carcinoma and lymph node metastasis.
