螺旋CT高分辨扫描对周围型小肺癌的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of High Resolution Scan of Spiral CT in Peripheral Small Lung Carcinoma

目的 :分析周围型小肺癌在螺旋CT高分辨 (HRCT)扫描中的CT图像特征 ,以提高其诊断准确率。方法 :收集 1 996年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月继螺旋CT诊断、临床病理或随访证实的周围型小肺癌 5 6例进行回顾性分析。结果 :周围型小肺癌的主要CT征象有 :分叶征 45例 ,边缘细短毛刺征 40例 ,空泡征和(或 )空气支气管征 2 9例 ;次要CT征象有 :血管支气管集束征 2 3例 ,胸膜凹陷征 2 2例 ,胸膜尾征 1 1例 ,蜂窝征 3例 ,磨玻璃征 2例。结论 :螺旋CT高分辨扫描能够清晰显示周围型小肺癌的形态、边缘、密度及其与邻近组织的关系 ,在周围型小肺癌的诊断中有重要价值。

Objective:To analyse the CT features of high resolution scan of spiral CT in Peripheral small lung carcinoma (PSLC),so that to improve the CT diagnostic accuracy rate.Methods:We investigated retrospectively the data of the 56 cases with PSLC which were proved by clinical patholohy or followed up with CT.Results:CT major findings of PSLC included lobulations in 45,slender and short spiculation in 40,vacuole and/or bronchiologram in 29;CT affiliated findings included bronchovascular bundles in 23,bleural tags in 22,pleural ends in 11.Conclusion:High resolution scan of spiral CT can clearly display the shape?edge?density of PSLC and anatomy relation with its neighbor,it is of important value in the diagnosis of PSLC.
