选择性一氧化氮合成酶抑制剂1400W对创伤后脑组织保护作用的研究

摘要 目的 探讨选择性一氧化氮合成酶抑制剂 140 0W对外伤性脑组织的保护作用。方法 建立大鼠自由落体脑外伤模型 ,测定脑外伤后生理盐水组和治疗组不同时期脑组织NO含量 ,同时观察脑组织病理及超微结构的改变 ,将两组结果进行比较。结果  140 0W能明显降低NO的含量 ,改善脑外伤后脑组织的病理变化和超微结构改变。结论  140 Objective To investigate the protective effect of N-[3-(aminomethyl)benzyl] acetamidine (1400W), a selective inhibitor of inducible calcium-independent nitric oxide synthetase (iNOS), to the traumatic brain tissue.Methods The brain injury model of the rat was developed by dropping weight. The concentrations of NO in traumatic rat brain tissue at different time were determined in the treated group and the control group, while the histopathology and ultrastructure changes were observed. The experimental results were compared in the two groups. Results NO content decreased significantly.Histopathological tissue and ultrastructure improved significantly by 1400W in treated group.Conclusion 1400W has obvious protective effect on the post-traumatic brain tissue.
