摘要
目的 研究古拉定、川芎嗪、丹参对 6-羟基多巴胺 ( 6-OHDA)制作帕金森病 (PD)大鼠成功率的影响。方法 6-OHDA注入大鼠黑质 ,观察损伤组、古拉定治疗组 ( 12mg/kg·d-1,ip)、川芎嗪治疗组 ( 5 0mg/kg·d-1,ip)、丹参治疗组 ( 2 .5mg/kg·d-1,ip) 14d后的PD模型成功率 ,用阿朴吗啡 (APO)诱发的旋转行为 ( >5r/min)表示PD模型成功。结果 单纯损伤组和 3个治疗组表现明显的APO诱发的旋转行为 ( >5r/min) ,其模型成功率无统计差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 古拉定、川芎嗪、丹参不能影响
Objective To study effects of GSH,Ligustrazine,Salvia miltiorrhiza on success rate of Parkinson′disease model with 6-OHDA.Methods All rat were divided into 5 groups at random.Five groups are healthy rats,6-OHDA-lesioned rats without treatment,and 6-OHDA-lesioned rats treated with GSH(12 mg/kg·d -1,ip,14d).Ligustrazine(50 mg/kg·d -1ip 14d)or Salvia miltiorrhiza(2.5 ml/kg·d -1,ip,14d).6-OHDA(12 μg/μl) was injected into right substantia nigra pars compacte(SNpc) at two sites of the rat at day ο.After 2 weeks,rotationary behaviour was successfully induced by APO i.p. injection(>5 r/min) in some rats.Results Later four groups showed rotational asymmetry after APO injection to some extent.However,there was no significant difference in success rate between treated and three un-treated groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Three treatment couldn′t lessen the toxic effect of 6-OHDA on DA neuron.
