摘要
目的 通过研究花粉对脑衰老模型大鼠海马区超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、氨基酸神经递质 (AANT)和NO水平的影响 ,探讨花粉延缓脑衰老的机制。方法 采用D -半乳糖建立大鼠衰老模型 ,用生化方法检测对照组、衰老模型组和衰老模型花粉组大鼠海马区SOD活性、AANT和NO水平 ,并作统计分析。结果 花粉能明显提高脑衰老模型大鼠海马区SOD活性 ,降低NO水平 ,并增加兴奋性氨基酸谷氨酸 (Glu)和天门冬氨酸 (Asp)的含量 ,降低抑制性氨基酸γ -氨基丁酸 (GABA)的含量。结论 花粉通过清除自由基 ,减少NO释放 ,升高兴奋性氨基酸 。
Objective To study the mechanism of retarding brain aging of pollen by observing the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), amino acid neurotransmitter (AANT)and NO of hippocampus of rat brain aging model induced by pollen.Methods The rat brain aging model was induced by D-galactose and the levels of SOD, AANT and NO of hippocampus of rats from the control group, aging model group and pollen group were measured by biochemical methods, and the data underwent statistical analysis. Results Pollen can significantly increase the SOD activity and the level of excitatory amino acids (Glu, Asp) and decrease the level of NO and the inhibitory amino acid (GABA) in hippocampus of rat brain aging model. Conclusion Pollen has the effect of retarding brain aging ,which might involve in clearing the free radical, reducing release of NO, increasing excitatory amino acids and decreasing inhibitory amino acids.
