摘要
目的 观察粘附分子CD11a在急性白血病细胞的表达变化及其临床意义。方法 用流式细胞术分析2 7例急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)、3 0例急性非淋巴细胞性白血病 (ANLL)及 8名正常人骨髓单个核细胞CD11a的表达。结果 ( 1)与正常造血细胞比较 ,CD11a在ALL、ANLL的表达均下降 (P <0 .0 1)。 ( 2 )CD11a的表达与急性白血病分型有关 ,在B -ALL表达明显低于T -ALL(P <0 .0 1) ,在M1、M3尤其是M3的表达明显低于M4 、M5(P<0 .0 1)。 ( 3 )CD11a高表达与白血病髓外浸润密切相关 ,浸润组CD11a表达明显高于非浸润组 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD11a高表达者浸润发生率也高。 ( 4)未发现CD11a的表达与治疗后CR率相关。结论 CD11a在急性白血病细胞的表达异常 。
Objective To investigate the expression of adhesion molecule CD11a on acute leukemia and its clinical implications. Methods CD11a of 27 acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL) and 30 acute non lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL)were measured by flow cytometric analysis. Results (1)CD11a expressions were lower on ALL or ANLL cells than that on the normal hematopoietic cells(P<0.01). (2)The expressions of CD11a correlated with leukemia cell subtypes, CD11a expressions were lower on B-ALL than on T-ALL(P<0.01), and lower on M 1~M 3 than on M 4,M 5(P<0.01). (3)Higher CD11a expression significantly paralleled with extramedullary invasion, CD11a expression in the invasive group was much higher than that in the non-invasive group(P<0.01), while the percentage of invasion in CD11a + group was much higher than in CDlla - group. (4)CD11a expression had no influence on therapeutic effects on ALL or AML. Conclusion The expression of CD11a is abnormal in acute leukemia, which relates with some clinical features, and may help to identify leukemia cell subtypes.
