乳腺浸润性导管癌CD44V6的表达与淋巴结转移的关系

The Relationship Between Expression of CD44V6 and the Lymphonode Metastasis in Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma

目的 探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌CD44V6的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学S -P法对 2 7例伴有同侧腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺浸润性导管癌、2 1例无腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺浸润性导管癌及 10例乳腺纤维腺瘤及腺病标本进行了CD44V6的检测。结果 CD44V6阳性表达率乳腺浸润性导管癌有淋巴结转移组 ( 88.9% )明显高于无淋巴结转移组 ( 61.9% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,纤维腺瘤及腺病组 ( 10 .0 % )显著低于乳腺浸润性导管癌 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 CD44V6参与了癌肿的发生、发展 。

Objective To study the relation between the lymphonode metastasis and expression of CD44V6 in infiltrating ductal carcinoma (IDC).Methods Twenty seven cases of IDC with axillary lymphonode metastasis (ALM),21 of IDC without ALM and 10 of fibroadenoma and adenosis were studied by S-P immunobistochemical method.Results The positive rate of expression of CD44V6 in group IDC ALM (88.9%) was higher than that in group IDC (61.9%) (P<0.05),the positive rates of expression of CD44V6 in group fibroadenoma and adenosis (10.0%) was obviously lower than that in group IDC (P<0.01).Conclusion CD44V6 plays a role in carcinoma′s occurring and developing and has higher value in prognosis.
