神经导管在周围神经修复中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 应用神经导管的依据是将导管套接于缺损神经的两端,神经再生即可通过管腔来进行,可以预防神经间隙内神经瘤形成和纤维组织进入,更重要的是,远侧神经支产生的趋化性和营养性因子能在导管内积聚,营养性因子有助于损伤轴突的存活和生长,趋化性因子则对再生轴突的生长方向有重要影响犤1-2犦。
