校园文化作为社会文化的一个子系统 ,在我国社会转型时期发生了前所未有的深刻变化。本文从校园文化建设面临的机遇与挑战 ,校园文化呈现出的新的发展态势等方面作了分析与研究 ,提出了努力建设与新的社会经济文化背景相适应的校园文化 ,培养新世纪优秀人才的思路和方法。

The campus culture as a subsystem of the social culture has unprecedentedly changed during our social transition.The article makes an analysis and research of opportunity and challenge facing to the campus culture construction and the new developing trend presenting in the campus culture,and raises to build up the campus culture which is fit for the new social economic culture and the thought and method of training the excellent talent for the new century.
