北一辉是日本最著名的法西斯主义理论家,他崇尚暴力,鼓吹战争万能,宣扬国土狭小的国家对外扩张是合理的,极力为日本的侵略政策制造理论根据。他还宣称,日本应当打败英、美、俄、中等国,缔建一个庞大的世界帝国。北一辉的法西斯思想理论是日本对外扩张,特别是扩大对中国的侵略的直接理论依据。

Kita Ikki is most famous in Japan for his fascist theory. He worships violence and advocates that war is omnipotent. He propagates that the invasion and expansion of the narrow and small countries are rational and tried hard to make the theorical basis for Japanese invading policy.He proclaims that Japan must defeat England, America, Russia and China,etc., to bulid a huge worldwide empire.
