甘蓝黑腐病抗病性的同工酶研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ISOZYMES AND RESISTANCE TO BLACK ROT IN CABBAGE

摘要 本文以不同的抗病和感病的甘蓝品种为材料,在接种甘蓝黑腐病菌(Xanthomonascampestris pv.campestris)12天后取样。利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,研究甘蓝黑腐病抗病性与同工酶之间的关系。结果表明,接种后感病品种比抗病品种过氧化物酶同工酶活性显著增强,主要表现在 Per-Ⅰ区的酶谱染色明显加深变宽。接种后抗病品种过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱扫描面积积分总和值的 D 值〔D=(A_i-A_n)/A_n〕小于感病品种的 D 值。D 值的大小可能与品种的抗病性有关。接种后抗病品种和感病品种酯酶同工酶变化不明显。 The relationship between isozymes and the resistance to black rot of75-02,75-03,88-1083,Japanese YR line,and Jiangcheng Huiye varieties of cabbage was ana-lysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE)on the 12th day after inoculation.The re-sult demonstrated that the activities of the peroxidase isozymes(PI)in susceptible varietieswere higher than those in resistant ones;there were two bands,Per-1 and Per-2,at PI fromtested varieties of cabbage.All Per-1 from susceptible varieties were evidently wider anddarker than those from resistant ones.After inoculation,the D value〔D=(Ai-An)/An〕,which was the total integrated value of scanned area on PI spectrums,in resistant varieties ofcabbage was lower than that in susceptible ones.It probably related to the resistance of varie-ties.The difference of esterase between susceptible and resistant varieties was not evident.
