摘要
本文针对食品加工业中测量食品内部温度的特殊需要,研制成多路温度单片机监控系统。本系统采用单片机技术,选择针状温度传感器,实现多路温度的监控、超温报警及多种显示方式。该系统适用于食品加工、孵化室等温度监控。
The principle and function of the monitoring system of multichannel temperature are in-troduced to measure the internal temperature of food being steamed.Using the single-chipmicrocomputer and the needle-shaped temperature sensor,this system serves the purposes ofmultichannel temperature monitoring,overheat alarming and others.It can also be applied infood processing and artificial incubation.
