摘要
进入新世纪,中国对九二年《工会法》作了重大的修改。修改后的《工会法》明确规定,中国工会的基本职责就是维护职工合法权益。立国半个世纪后终于能够以法律的形式将工会的基本职责固定了下来。
Since we have entered the new century, the Chinese Governments have made the great revisions on the《Trade Union Law》issued in 1992. It is clearly made and stipulated in the《Trade Union Law》after the revision that the basic duty of China Trade Unions is to maintain the lawful rights and interests of the staff and workers. Finally, the basic duty of the Trade Union has been fixed in the form of law since China was established for half a century.
